Buy a rotisserie chicken that provides 2 cups of shredded chicken․ Add the chicken to a pull-apart bread recipe made with pizza dough and Alfredo sauce and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses․ The pull-apart bread will have a golden top and melted cheese․ This type of bread is entertaining and easy to eat․

I use pizza dough from a store‚ cut it into 1/2-inch pieces‚ form balls by hand‚ and coat the dough balls by hand․ It's a messy process‚ and some coating adheres to the dough․ I place balls of dough in a large bowl and continue to coat them․ Once baked in a ring‚ the product can be pulled apart․
I layer everything in a sprayed bundt pan in two rounds and top it with the final layer of cheese․ I use a large plate or serving platter to carefully invert the pan․ The final product is a ring shape with a hole in the center․
Bake bread at 375°F for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted․ Let bread cool for 5 minutes before serving․ I served this dish as an appetizer to make it easier for guests to serve themselves pieces of bread without a knife․

Why you'll love this recipe
- Two tubes of pizza dough yield many pieces of pull-apart pizza․ Cutting the pieces 1/2 inch thick results in evenly sized pieces․
- Shredded chicken is listed as an ingredient in both recipes․ Use 2 cups․
- Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses are inside the bread‚ as well as on the top of the bread․
- Chicken Alfredo sauce is placed between slices of bread with the sandwich chicken Alfredo to add flavor to the sandwich and eliminate the need for a side of dipping sauce․
- A large bundt pan bakes the bread batter in a ring shape that turns out onto a serving dish․
